  42. I think someone already made this point, but when you have a legitimate 
  43. complaint or criticism, sticking to the actual facts is usually the best 
  44. approach.  If it is legitimate, there is no need to embelish.  Businesses 
  45. fold.  That's life.  I have no idea if Progressive folded in an "unethical" 
  46. way.  And at this point, I cannot place much confidence in your account of the 
  47. events.  You have, in the end, undermined your own purpose.

  49. Messing with another person's reputation is a serious matter.  It is good to 
  50. treat it that way.
